-Mr. Nichols is an advocate for students. He helps with pregnancy prevention and he is also a community health worker.
-How do you develop good relationships?

*Dana Foster*
- Mrs. Foster is also a community prevention worker
- She helps give the community a chance to give out resources to help whenever someone needs it. No matter what the need is.
- At 16, you can be a certified health community helper, and find out what needs to be done in your community.
*Camelle Mixon*
- Ms. Mixon works with the CDC and is a "Public Health Associate Degree"
- She hosts different events to help teens understand the ways to prevent teen pregnancy
- "It gets you out of the area you are used to." With this job, you have the ability to travel around the world and figure out new parts of the world.
*Sydnie Fleming*
- Ms. Fleming is also a community health worker
- She helps provide people who need a doctor, transportation, food, education, or help filling out personal information.
- "HUMAN GOOGLE" is what she described herself as.
- Social determinants of life such as education, friends, and exercise.
*Outreach (clinics/social workers)*
- "Bobby Sue doesn't have insurance so Sydnie would help"
- You can find help and community outreach workers at different events such as different festivals, churches, schools, and stores.
*THE LEGACY OF LEAD*
- Thomas Midgley works with motors and if you add TLD to ethynyl it will help with cars which gave these workers bad health problems. After a lot of research, they find out the cause of the problem and learn a way to fix it.
- It takes centuries for led to get out of the environment
- You can get a blood test to test your bloodstream to determine if you have lead in your system.
