Nutrition has a lot of different focuses. As a nutritionist with sports your main focus will be to become the best you can be. To make sure you are strong and healthy no matter what. Everyone player gets an x-ray and find their body mass or bone bass. The x-rays give us a better idea of what they need personally. The highest calories goes to the tight ins (5500+) and line man. Everyone has different sweat so they test that to make sure they can give the right amount before, during and after the game.

"Have you ever heard the hydration joke? No, because hydration ain't no joke!!!!!" You need to start your day at 100% and finish the day at 100%. How you start your week such as drinking and eating will reflect towards your end of the week. Depending on your goal will depend what you do or take in before or after training. It is different for each person depending on yourself. He went to culinary school and then went to school for nutrition got a degree in clinical nutrition. After he went through clinicals he took his exam and passed it and soon got his license and then could work whenever he wanted.
