Oral Hygiene:

Brush your teeth twice a day and don't forget to brush your tongue. Floss in between all teeth at least once a day. When using mouthwash you should make sure there is added fluoride.

Smoking and Vaping can affect the way your teeth grow and the chemicals from smoking can add unnecessary bacteria.

When a cavity travels through the tooth it will signal the brain that something is not right. Which will end up with your white blood cells try to attack it and cause pain. To fix this after it has sat a while, would be a root canal.

When wisdom teeth start growing, they usually grow in crooked which can cause damage to the growth of your wisdom teeth. This is caused because of evolution over time. It is caused because of the soft things we eat and our muscles/jaws shrink.

Poor Oral health can lead to many causes such as heart disease, strokes, low birthweight, premature to birth, poor nutrition, endocarditis, diabetes, and prosthetic joint failure. Any time your mouth bleeds from any cause it leads into your bloodstream which can cause some of the problems above.

Often people with prosicates have a harder time when it comes to dentistry. Bacteria can build up and create problems with mouth and throughout your mouth.
