with Assistant District Attorney Louis Walker

Today, we had a visit from Mr. Walker who helped us get our case ready for a jury. We are working as the prosecutor in the case. Mr. Walker gave us some of the main points and things we should talk about in court.
Prosecuting Exhibits:
- Call at 8:30 am
Opening Statement:
- Tell the Jury what you expect the evidence will show
Witnesses:
- First Responder
- Forensic Examiner
- Fingerprint Expert
- Medical Examiner
- Lead Detective
- Victim's Sister
- Statements by Defendants
Physical Evidence:
- Gun purchase recipients (March 26)
Search History:
- "How to kill someone with no trace?"
- "How to commit the perfect murder?"
Text Messages of him getting caught having an affair:
- Searches a lot about a husband cheating and what to do
Questions:
(Do not ask questions you do not know the answer to)
- What finger? (fingerprint on the gun)
- Where did he keep his gun?
- Did she know where the gun was kept?
The things to remember:
- Is it a well-thought-out murder that was staged to make it look like a suicide?
- The husband was on a diet for the sister-in-law (to make himself look better for her)
- The husband had two bullets in the chamber and one was missing
I am a part of the prosecution group and we all believe it was a murder. The husband created a suicide note to make it look like it was a suicide so he wouldn't be a suspect, but he messed up when he decided to create a bug on his wife's computer so all the data on the computer can not be erased. Another major thing about this crime scene was the husband's search history, he was looking up ways to commit murder and ways to cover up a murder scene and that is exactly what he did.
