Liquids changing substances & Making eggs

On April 3rd, Hallie and I experienced making scrambled eggs. Hallie loves scrambled eggs and knows how to make them but I only eat them sometimes and have never got the experience to make them. I have seen my mom make eggs plenty of times but I have never made them myself. It turned out very successful and I have the ability to make scrambled eggs on my own now. We had cheese, so we made very cheesy eggs that were DELICIOUS.

On April 4th, we had an opportunity with Mrs. Cheryl to turn a liquid into a jello/pudding-like substance. I turned Apple Juice into a pudding substance and it tasted a lot like Apple Sauce. The texture feeling was weird and the more powder you put into your liquid the slimmer and pudding-like it got. The texture was the only thing that freaked me out and made it taste weird but it still had the Apple Juice feeling. The main objection was to show us how some people in the hospital or who have health conditions have to eat and drink.
