After four days of Forensics Week, my group and I collaborated to come up with our final decision about the crime scene. We took all of the notes and combined them together to come up with our verdict. We used what we found at the crime scene to decide that it was a homicide. My group thought it was a homicide because the husband seemed very suspicious. He could not remember any details and said that he did not know what was going on. We also didn't think that the woman was capable of going to the extent of killing herself, so we did not think it could be a suicide. We made a powerpoint to present our case, and we were wrong. It was a suicide, and the husband was just in shock.
